A national public policy initiative to improve developmental studies in postsecondary education

Help GPG Build the World’s Largest Online Resource on Remedial Education

Print Friendly

Getting Past Go wants to become the nation’s premium online resource on remedial/developmental education and we need your help! We would like to invite you to become one of our “field operatives” by identifying and sharing resources on developmental education using social bookmarking technology.

Getting Past Go has established this online library of remedial/developmental education resources using the powerful social bookmarking site Diigo.

You can sign in with your Diigo account, or with your Facebook, Twitter, Google, or Yahoo!, or OpenID log-in at http://www.diigo.com and create a Diigo account by clicking the “Join Diigo” button.

Once you are logged in, visit the Getting Past Go group here and click on the big blue “Apply to join this group” button on the right-hand side. This will take you to the application page. Identify yourself in the box that says “Leave a request message to the group owner.” We will get back to you with permission to enter just as soon as possible.

From there, we suggest you add the Diigo Toolbar to your web browser and start bookmarking. Add “tags” that you think describe the resources you are identifying and be sure to share them to the Getting Past Go group.

To learn more about Diigo and social bookmarking we invite you to check out the following sources:
